Developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer, Joseph H. Pilates, Pilates is a set of principles and movements designed to dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. To provide you with the best Pilates moves of today, dr Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering reformer classes which include apparatus and strength training exercises. We also offer one-on-one Pilates private sessions. The mission of dr Pilates is to assist clients of all levels with finding the best balance of strength, stretch, and control. This mind body connection will allow clients to perform their unique passions through a transformational physical and personal journey.
